About
What the
jacket means.
A letterman jacket was never just a coat. It was a record. Wool and leather you had to earn, then wore until it knew your shoulders. Every patch was a season, every stitch a Friday night. You did not buy the story. You lived it, and then you carried it on your back.
Most of Gen Z never got one. The tradition thinned out before it reached them, so the jacket lives mostly in old photographs and the way their parents tell it. Gen X, the boomers, and the millennials who caught the tail end of it remember the weight of the real thing. One crowd says "I wish I had been there." The other says "I miss it." The Letterman is the bar where those two sentences finally meet.
So we built the bar like a jacket. Reclaimed wood and low light, forty whiskeys on the wall, the game on every screen, a booth with your name on it. Bring a date and order the good bottle. Bring the family on a Sunday and order everything. The prices stay honest and the kitchen stays serious, because a place like this should be one you actually come back to.
